How do I get started?
Book a complimentary consultation call here. We’ll discuss your needs, objectives, and availability to co-create the perfect private session.
How often will we meet?
1-2 classes per week is the recommended frequency to truly evolve your practice. If you aren’t sure where to start, reach out and we’ll work on it together.
Whether you favour a powerful asana based practice or crave the meditative stillness of yin, how we spend the precious time you’ve carved out for yourself in the week will be guided by your objectives for the session.
What kind of yoga will we be doing?
How much does it cost?
Private yoga rates are comparable to private exercise physiotherapy rates. A quote will be shared after our initial consultation.
Private sessions take place in either in your home in a beautiful local studio space, or via Zoom.

Class durations range from 60-90 minutes, depending on your desired focus.
Can I share the 1:1 sessions with my partner or a friend?
Absolutely. Before the class, any participants who don’t directly organise the session will complete a client intake form so that the session can be planned for the benefit of all involved.
